This is the Official Code of Conduct: Palauig Zambales Group on Facebook.
The Code of Conduct consists of Two Major Sections:
1-Members Section:
This Section consists of Further 3 Sub Sections:
A: Rights
B: Expulsion
C: Restrictions
A: Rights
(i): All members of the Palauig Zambales Group have the right to post anything (except rude, abusive, explicit, inappropriate) on the wall, discussion topics.
(ii): All members are entitled to upload Multimedia(Photos, Videos, Audio) to the Palauig, Zambales Group, except for explicit, nude, cyberbullying, and inappropriate content. etc
(iii): All members are entitled to talk about other groups and post their links to the Palauig Zambales Group
(iv): All members are entitled to start discussion topics.
(v): Members should not use any such language with the intention of insulting or starting any tantrum with any member of the group.
(vi): All members have the right to complain to the Admins about the members violating any clause of the CoC. The reason for the complaint should be proper, i.e., the member is consistently creating trouble with them or the group.
(vii): The members can complain about the Admins or Officers.
(viii) Members should be tolerant and respectful of other members. You’ll find every kind of opinion imaginable here, so you may want to find another board if you can’t remain calm and constructive when different views occur.
(ix) All members’ messages should be well thought out and add something of substance to the discussion, so please think before posting or creating a new thread. Please try to stay on the same topic as the original post, as thread hijacking is not appreciated.
(x) Members should not use the discussion forums to attack others based on ethnicity, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation. This includes both members of this group and those who are not.
B: Expulsion:
Causes:
To maintain order and good administration of the group, and for its best interest, members can be expelled. The following are some of the causes for this matter:
(a)= Direct Violation of Section I, Sub section A, Clause(s) 1-2.
(b)= Threatening any of the members, Officers or Admins.
(c)= Trying to disrupt the group’s order.
(d)= Being complained about by any member, consistently for three times.
Actions:
To deal with such a case, the admin is required to form an inquiry group that will also serve as a jury. The accused will have 20 days to apologize to the group; otherwise, they will be blocked TEMPORARILY.
The inquiry group will consist of 2 Officers, 1 Admin, and 2 members promoted to officers. The Jury will send its final decision to the Group within 20 days.
In case of no response from the Accused, he will be given an additional period of 15 days, after which he will be permanently removed.
C: Restrictions:
(a) No abusing, insulting, or complaining unnecessarily about any member.
(b) No initiation of any topic, which is inscrutable, violates the CoC.
(c) No interference in the decision to promote members to Admins or Officers.
2-Administrative Section:
This section, being the Admins’ section, doesn’t concern or alter any of the rights or entitlements assigned to the members above.
Administrative Sector Details:
(i) The Admins’ section consists of Officers as voted by the majority of group members.
(a) Administrative Rights::
(i) The Admins have the right to edit the group as necessary or as needed.
(ii) The Admins have the right to change the group settings as required.
(iii) The Admins, as all the members, have the right to create or delete any of the discussion topics created by Admins or other members.
(iv) The Admins have the right to form a council for sorting out the problems faced by the members.
(v) The Admins have the right to block any member, temporarily or permanently, who is violating the group or the CoC.
(vi) The Admins are not authorized to block any member based on their own differences with them, whether they are either in the group or out of the group.
(vii) The Admins can block only those members who have been reported 3 times to have violated any clause of CoC.
(viii) The Admins can edit, amend, and produce a new Code of Conduct.
